1. General Terms of WO88 Platform Use

Welcome to WO88. By registering an account, logging in, or using any of the services provided on the WO88 platform (wo88.asia), you hereby agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions contained in this document. Please read this document in its entirety carefully before proceeding with registration.

By registering a WO88 account, you declare and warrant that you meet all of the eligibility requirements above. WO88 is not liable for any losses or claims arising from registration by an ineligible individual.

3. Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to register one (1) account only at WO88. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using a different name, phone number, IP address, or device — are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without any refund of balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

• Full name as shown on a valid identification document
• An active Malaysian phone number registered in your name
• Exact date of birth
• A strong, unique password for your WO88 account

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your WO88 account password and login credentials. WO88 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to keep your login information secure.

Any changes to account information — such as your phone number or payment details — must be made through official WO88 channels with proper identity verification. WO88 reserves the right to reject or cancel any change request that cannot be satisfactorily verified.

4. Deposit & Payment Methods

WO88 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, and FPX (including Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks). All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) only.

• Minimum deposit: RM 20 per transaction
• Maximum daily deposit: subject to the member's VIP tier (standard: RM 30,000 per day)
• Processing time: instant for all eWallet and FPX methods
• No processing fees are charged by WO88 for any deposit

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the member's own name. WO88 does not accept third-party deposits. If a deposit is received from a source that cannot be verified as belonging to the member, WO88 reserves the right to freeze the transaction pending verification, or to return the funds after deducting any applicable processing fees.

WO88 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) verification procedures. Failure to provide the required proof may result in a temporary suspension of deposit privileges.

5. Withdrawals

Winnings withdrawals at WO88 are processed to the same Malaysian payment method used for the deposit — Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, or any other verified method. Withdrawals may only be made to an account or eWallet registered in the member's own name.

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 per transaction
• Maximum daily withdrawal: subject to VIP tier (standard: RM 50,000 per day)
• Processing time: 15 minutes to 24 hours after the request is submitted
• Number of free withdrawals per day: 3 (a nominal fee applies for withdrawals exceeding this limit)

Before your first withdrawal is processed, WO88 will conduct a basic identity verification. You may be required to submit a photo of your identification card and a selfie for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. This process is typically completed within 1 to 2 business days.

WO88 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals for further investigation if suspicious activity is detected, including but not limited to: unusual betting patterns, potential bonus abuse, or signs of money laundering. During the investigation period, the associated account balance may be temporarily frozen.

6. Bonus & Promotions

In situations where a bet is accepted in error due to a system technical fault or an odds display error, WO88 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the member's account. WO88 is not liable for any disappointment or consequential losses arising from such cancellations.

For live (in-play) Sports Betting, changes in match conditions — such as player injuries, red cards, or technical delays — may affect the availability of certain markets. WO88 reserves the right to suspend or close in-play markets at any time for operational or security reasons.

The Cash Out feature lets you exit an active bet before the match concludes. Cash Out values are calculated dynamically based on current odds and match conditions. 11. Prohibitions & Restricted Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the WO88 platform and may result in immediate account closure without refund of any balance:

• Money laundering or use of funds derived from illegal activities
• Two-sided betting (arbitrage or two-side betting) intended to exploit odds differences
• Use of bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets automatically
• Sharing your account or allowing another person to use it
• Using a VPN or proxy to bypass geographical restrictions or platform policies
• Cyberattacks, hacking attempts, or any actions that compromise the security of the WO88 platform
• Collusion with dealers, other players, or WO88 staff to manipulate game outcomes

12. Account Suspension & Closure
